Our flat roof was showing signs of deterioration and it was time to get it taken care of.  After sorting thru many at times conflicting reviews, I contacted a number of companies to get their suggestions/estimate.  Some showed up promptly (including All Roofing Enterprises) and others never showed up at all.   Ferbie from ARE was very informative about what my options were and helped me arrive at a path forward.   He followed that up with an estimate when he had promised it.  We selected ARE to put on a commercial silicone roof coating and are very happy with the work.   His workers showed up and completed the work when he said they would, which can be a rarity in Santa Fe.   They left the job site cleaner than when they arrived and did an outstanding job.   Ferbie was very easy to work with and wanted to make sure we got a roof at a reasonable price that would last us for many years.   I would not hesitate to refer or utilize them again.

When we call ARE, we know our issue(s) will be addressed in a timely manner. Working with “All Roofing” to resolve simple to complex repairs on our commercial buildings takes a company that understands multiple roofing systems and has the ability to patch, repair or replace. Estimates are clearly outlined and priced. When questions and concerns arise regarding any repair, the company point of contact has always been available to explain next steps to fix the immediate problem and prevent future issues.  Follow-up has been a concern. Calls are returned and issues addressed. ARE is a company and reliable partner.
